Is 3D better than 5D? what is the difference?
What is the difference between 3D & 5D paintings do we have the answer?
3D VS 5D DIAMOND PAINTING:3D diamond painting, as well as 5D diamond painting, involves placing small rhinestones or beads, also called diamonds or “drills”, you put these onto either a numbered or a blank canvas. The drills are tiny; they are about 2.5x2.5mm. The 3D and 5d DIY diamond painting consist of rhinestones drills that have nine total facets - 3 on each side.
The 5D Diamond painting has drills that have five facets on each side for a total of 15 aspects. These drills tend to have more sparkle and brilliance to them. Because they have more sides ( facets), You will also have a thicker appearance with 5D painting.
Depending on how much time, effort and expense you want to put forth in your diamond art painting is something to consider when you buy your kit. You can get different types of DIY 5D diamond painting. You would surely hate to start a new kit and then realize it is too huge of a project or worse, not like the look of your creation when it's finished.
There are a few things to think about that help with understanding what everyone has to decide on when buying a painting. One thing is what drill ( diamonds) do you want to use and what kind of kit do you want to buy.
